St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center (SMSC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will host its annual Tea by the Sea event this Saturday from 11am – 2 30pm! This event will take place at the elegant Marine Room in La Jolla. Guests are encouraged to dress in their favorite tea-time attire for the event, and attendees will be treated to complimentary signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres paired with beautiful oceanfront views. For some family fun this weekend, take the kiddos to the Jurassic Quest at Del Mar Fairgrounds! This will be the LAST weekend this event is happening, you don’t want to miss it! Jurassic Quest is North America’s largest and most realistic Dinosaur event. Guests are able to walk through the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic Periods and experience for themselves what it was like to be among dinosaurs of all kinds.
